SCHEDULING YOUR FIRST VISIT

  • For health screening purposes, please call the office at 443-683-0259 or email info@restorativebalance.com to request an appointment. All appointments are scheduled directly through Rebecca, so please allow time for a response if you leave a message. Upon booking, you will receive an email to complete the online health form.

  • Clients under 18 years of age require parent or guardian consent for services.

Stretch therapy sessions include additional time beyond the stretch portion for consultation, pre/post assessments, and home self-care recommendations.

INSIDER TIP! If you are just starting your stretch journey, it's recommended to try three (3) sessions within a few week's time to maximize the potential this therapy has to offer. It's not uncommon to see instant results after just one session, however, to create long-lasting changes, the body needs time to get used to receiving this type of work, and it also takes time to access deeper layers of the tissues.

Please review fees and policies below:

POLICIES:

For the health and safety of all who enter the studio, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing symptoms of ANY illness (cough, fever, sore throat, upset stomach, etc.) Restorative Balance is taking all the steps to maintain a healthy environment and prevent a disruption of service. Being proactive about keeping unwanted germs out of the space is key!

Cancellations-
As a courtesy for the therapist's time that is reserved for you, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Frequent cancellations or no-shows leave holes in the schedule that are unable to be filled. You will be expected to pay 50% of the booked service fee for last minute non-emergent cancellations and no-shows. After the third occurrence, you will be asked to pre-pay appointments when booking, or take a same-day appointment based on availability.

Arrival- Please park in the reserved parking space for "RB Stretch Therapy" second to last towards the end of the lot, facing Vale Road. Plan to arrive 5 minutes early so the session can start promptly as scheduled. If it is your first appointment and you did not complete the online health form, part of your reserved time will be used for you to complete this and will result in less stretch time. Sessions must end on time to allow for adequate cleaning, sanitizing, and preparation before the next client arrives.

PaymentPayment is due at time of service. Cash, check and credit is accepted.

Insurance- Insurance is not accepted at this time. However, FSA and HSA cards are accepted. Check with your carrier to see if you qualify.

What To Wear- Please wear loose, comfortable clothing that allows for movement and stretching. (I.e. yoga pants, sweatpants, athletic apparel.) If you choose to wear shorts, it is recommended to wear compression pants/biker shorts underneath for comfort and privacy as the therapist will be lifting your legs during some of the stretches. Feel free to bring a light jacket or sweatshirt as you may start to feel cooler as your body begins to relax from the stretching. Shoes will be removed at the start of the session. It is preferred you wear socks (clean socks are even better!)
